At Heal In-Ez Reiki & Wellness Spa, LLC, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Your session includes preparation before your arrival and dedicated time that cannot be offered to another client once your appointment is scheduled.

1. Appointment Cancellations

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without penalty.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

2. No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

After two no-shows, future appointments may require full payment at the time of booking.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect the appointments of other clients. The full session fee will still apply.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show and may need to be rescheduled.

3. Refund Policy

Because Reiki and wellness services involve reserved appointment time and personalized preparation, all completed services are non-refundable.

If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We value your feedback and will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution whenever possible.

4. Packages & Programs

All service packages, including the Restore & Rise Series, are non-refundable.

If circumstances prevent you from completing your package, any remaining sessions may be rescheduled within the package expiration period.

Packages are non-transferable unless approved by Heal In-Ez Reiki & Wellness Spa, LLC.

5. Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6. Emergency Situations

We understand that unexpected emergencies occur. Cancellation fees may be waived at management's discretion in cases of documented emergencies, severe illness, or other extenuating circumstances.

7. Right to Refuse Service

Heal In-Ez Reiki & Wellness Spa, LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services when necessary to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients.

8. Policy Agreement

By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
