By scheduling and participating in services with Heal In-Ez Reiki & Wellness Spa, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Nature of Services

Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy wellness practice intended to promote relaxation, reduce stress, support emotional well-being, and encourage the body's natural ability to restore balance. Individual experiences and results will vary.

2. Not Medical Treatment

The services provided by Heal In-Ez Reiki & Wellness Spa, LLC are complementary wellness services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Reiki and other wellness services are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, psychological counseling, chiropractic care, or other licensed healthcare services. You should continue any treatment prescribed by your physician or other qualified healthcare provider.

3. No Guarantees

While many clients report feeling more relaxed, balanced, and emotionally supported following their sessions, no specific results or outcomes can be guaranteed. Healing is a personal process, and each individual's experience is unique.

4. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for informing your practitioner of any medical conditions, injuries, surgeries, pregnancy, medications, or other health concerns that may affect your session.

You understand that you are responsible for your own healthcare decisions and agree to seek appropriate medical attention whenever necessary.

5. Voluntary Participation

Participation in Reiki and wellness services is voluntary. You understand the nature of the services being provided and consent to receive them of your own free will.

6. Emotional Release

Some clients may experience emotional or energetic shifts during or after a session. These responses are considered a normal part of the healing process for some individuals. You understand that these experiences may occur and agree to communicate any concerns with your practitioner.

7. Minors

Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian provide consent before receiving services. A parent or guardian may be required to remain on the premises during the appointment.

8. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during consultations and sessions will be kept confidential and handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws, except where disclosure is required by law.

Right to Refuse Service

Heal In-Ez Reiki & Wellness Spa, LLC reserves the right to decline or discontinue services when deemed appropriate for the safety, well-being, or best interests of the client or practitioner.
